I need a definite head count for those who will be attending by January 6. The association will be charged for any cancelled rooms after this date.

Please plan to meet at 9 AM Friday morning.  

Lunch, snack and beverages will be served on Friday, breakfast on Saturday morning.  We will adjourn by noon on Saturday.

The association covers the cost of your hotel and food, except for Friday evening dinner.
